The Karnataka government has launched an advanced portal called Mojini V3 (ಮೋಜಿನಿ v3) to digitise land records and related services. It was developed by SSLR (Department of Survey, Settlement, and Land Records) under the “Bhoomi Project”. Its main objective is to give easy access to citizens by converting land records into digital form, simplify administrative processes and bring transparency in services. With this, information about land ownership, survey number, map etc. is now available at home.

Mojini V3 Login: Registration Procedure 2025
Step 1. Visit the official website: First, open the official website of Bhoomojini, the Karnataka Government’s platform.
Step 2. Register or Sign Up: On the homepage, you will find the options for New User Registration or Sign Up. Click on it.
Step 3. Fill in the details: Please complete the required information. Like Full Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Aadhaar Number or any valid identification details, Address, and set a Password.
Step 4. Do OTP Verification: Verify by entering the OTP sent to your mobile number or email.
Step 5. A User ID will be created: Once verification is complete, your account will be created, and you will receive a User ID or Password.
Step 6. Login: Now you can visit the Mojini V3 portal (ಮೋಜಿನಿ v3 login) and log in with your User ID and Password and avail the services.

Step 1. Open the Portal: First, visit the official website of Mojini of the Government of Karnataka.
Step 2. Login: Log in to the portal by entering your User ID and Password.
Step 3. Select the option: After login, you will find the option of “Application Status” or “Track Application” on the dashboard, click on it.
Step 4. Enter application details: Enter Application Number / Acknowledgement Number, or you can also search by Survey Number and other information.
Step 5. View Status: As soon as you submit, the status (ಮೋಜಿನಿ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ) of the application (eg Pending, Approved, Rejected, Under Process) will appear on your screen.
Step 6. Download / Print: If needed, you can download the Status report in PDF or take a printout.

- Ownership Details: Citizens can get information about who the actual owner of the land is directly from the portal.
- Download Land Documents: Land-related documents are saved in digital form and can be downloaded at any time.
- Online Payment: Fees for land registration and related services can be paid directly on the portal.
- Application Status Tracking: Citizens can track the current status of their application (Approved, Pending, etc.).
- Grievance/Feedback: Citizens can register their problems and get the solution on the portal.
Process to get Mojini V3 Sketch Online
- Visit the official website.
- Log in by entering your User ID and Password.
- Select the “Sketch” or “Download Sketch” option.
- Enter the Survey Number and select the relevant land.
- The system will show you the digital survey sketch of that land.
- You can download or print it as a PDF if needed.
