Duare Sarkar Camp means government at your doorstep. The Government of West Bengal started this program on 1 December 2020. Under this initiative, the state government organises camps in villages, panchayats, wards and urban areas to provide the benefits of government schemes to the people.

Digital Foundation and MIS Portal of Duware Sarkar
The technical foundation of this initiative was an integrated Management Information System (MIS) Portal developed by the central government’s National Informatics Centre (NIC) in West Bengal. The portal facilitates camp scheduling, location mapping, beneficiary registration, complaint logging, and tracking.
The system remained efficient even under high-load conditions, allowing for over 2,000 transactions per minute. AI-based features such as queue management, SMS alerts, and data-driven reporting were also incorporated in the portal.

- Swasthya Sathi: Health insurance coverage up to ₹5 lakh.
- Khadya Sathi: Facility of cheap rations to the poor.

- Rupashree: Lump sum assistance for the marriage of girls.
- Shikshashree: Scholarship to primary and secondary students of SC/ST families.

Duware Sarkar Scheme Eligibility Criteria
Duare Sarkar is an umbrella programme which includes several schemes. Eligibility for each scheme varies. Below are the eligibility criteria based on major schemes:
- Swasthya Sathi Scheme: Residents of West Bengal, no one in the family should have a card.
